Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy is governed by applicable US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and state consumer protection laws. EU customers are additionally protected under EU Directive 2019/771/EU on contracts for the sale of goods.
1. Return Window
WrencoTools offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. You may request a return for any eligible item within this period without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions
Due to the professional nature of our tools, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The tool must be in its original, unused condition — not powered on, operated, or assembled in any way beyond initial inspection.
- All original packaging, accessories, bits, blades, manuals, and any included attachments must be present and intact.
- There must be no signs of use, scratches from operation, modifications, or damage caused by the customer.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
Items not eligible for return:
- Tools that have been powered on, operated, or used in any capacity.
- Items returned with missing components, accessories, or documentation.
- Custom-configured or special-order products.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at contact@wrencotools.com or use the return form at wrencotools.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 1 to 3 business days with a decision and return instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories included and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for high-value tool returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as described in Section 5.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect item: WrencoTools covers all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind / voluntary return: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, was damaged in transit, or does not match what was ordered, WrencoTools will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement at no charge to the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, WrencoTools will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout — no alternative payment methods will be used.
The refund covers the full product price. Original shipping costs are not refunded on voluntary returns unless the entire order is returned. Allow 3–10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Legal Warranty
All tools sold by WrencoTools are covered under applicable state consumer protection laws and FTC regulations regarding product defects and merchantability. EU customers are additionally covered under EU Directive 2019/771/EU, which provides a 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery for defective products.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal operating conditions. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, overloading beyond specified capacity, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or regular wear from professional use.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us at contact@wrencotools.com within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
WrencoTools will arrange, at no additional cost to you, a replacement shipment or — if the item is unavailable — a full refund including original shipping costs.
8. Cancelled Orders or Out-of-Stock Items
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, WrencoTools will notify you by email, cancel the affected item, and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days via the original payment method.
