Shipping Policy
This policy complies with applicable US FTC regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, which require clear disclosure of delivery timeframes before a purchase is confirmed.
1. Shipping Regions
WrencoTools ships to the United States and internationally to select destinations. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed on wrencotools.com are subject to the following estimated timeframes:
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation.
- Delivery to your address: 7 to 15 business days from dispatch.
- Estimated total: 8 to 17 business days from order date.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier conditions, or other circumstances beyond WrencoTools' control. In no case will delivery exceed 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment in real time at wrencotools.com/apps/parcelpanel.
4. Shipping Costs
WrencoTools offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required. Any applicable shipping costs will always be shown clearly before order confirmation.
5. Order Delivery
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. WrencoTools is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and may attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point for pickup.
If a parcel is returned to origin after failed delivery attempts, WrencoTools will contact you by email. Additional re-shipping costs arising from customer-related issues may be charged to the customer.
6. Inspection Upon Receipt
We recommend inspecting both the outer packaging and the tool itself carefully upon delivery. Power tools and equipment can be sensitive to handling during transit. If you notice any damage:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery record at the point of receipt.
- Contact WrencoTools within 48 hours at contact@wrencotools.com, including photographs of the packaging and the affected item.
7. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum timeframe and tracking information is inconclusive, contact our support team at contact@wrencotools.com with your order number and tracking reference.
WrencoTools will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
