Your satisfaction with every purchase from Wren Tools matters to us. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it easy for you to return it and receive your money back. This policy sets out exactly how returns work, who pays for shipping, and how quickly you can expect your refund.
1. Return Window
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. We offer this generous window because we stand behind the quality of our tools and want you to have adequate time to evaluate your purchase. No returns will be accepted after the 90-day period has elapsed.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original condition, with all original components, accessories, and packaging included where reasonably possible.
- The item has not been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
- Proof of purchase from Wren Tools (order number or confirmation email) is provided.
We do not have any "final sale" exclusions, restocking fees, or hidden deductions. Every eligible item may be returned within the 90-day window.
3. How to Start a Return
Getting a return started is straightforward:
- Email us at contact@wrencotools.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials and attach the prepaid label.
- Drop the package off at the carrier location indicated on the label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund is confirmed.
Please do not ship items back without first receiving authorization and a prepaid label from us. Unauthorized returns may cause delays and complications with your refund.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is completely free for you. Wren Tools provides a prepaid return label for all approved returns, regardless of the reason for the return. You will never be asked to pay out of pocket to send a product back to us.
5. Restocking Fees
We charge no restocking fees of any kind. The refund you receive will be the full amount you paid for the returned item, including any applicable taxes charged on that item.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. Here is what you can expect:
- Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, or other payment option). We do not issue refunds via check or alternative methods unless the original payment method is no longer available.
- Refund amount: the full purchase price of the returned item, including applicable taxes. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are included in the refund if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Bank processing time: after we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account. This timeline is outside our control.
You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as we process it on our end.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at contact@wrencotools.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or defect and your order number. In these cases, we will arrange a free return, and you may choose between a full refund or a replacement item sent at no additional cost. The 90-day return window still applies for defects discovered after initial inspection.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original (following the process above) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and avoids inventory complications.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no charge if the request is made before the order is shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@wrencotools.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies once you receive the package.
