At Wren Tools, we want your tools to reach you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders, what delivery options are available, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. Before you finalize any purchase, you will see all shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times presented clearly at checkout.

1. Where We Ship

Wren Tools ships exclusively within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states. Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. We currently do not ship to international destinations.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Processing time (the time between order placement and handoff to the carrier) is generally 1 to 3 business days. During high-volume periods such as promotions or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer both free and paid shipping options depending on your order and delivery location. The exact options available to you, along with their costs and estimated delivery timeframes, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will always be able to review and compare all available shipping methods before entering your payment information.

  • Free shipping: available on qualifying orders or to certain regions as indicated at checkout. Eligibility is calculated automatically based on your cart and address.
  • Standard shipping (paid): a cost-effective option with estimated delivery times shown at checkout for your specific location.
  • Expedited shipping (paid): faster delivery options may be available at checkout at an additional cost, depending on your address and the items in your cart.

Shipping rates for paid options are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. No shipping charges are finalized until you confirm your order.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather events, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand may occur and are beyond our control.

  • Standard shipping: typically 4 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on distance from our fulfillment location.
  • Expedited shipping: typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, where available.

The delivery estimate shown for your specific order at checkout is the most accurate reference. Always refer to your checkout summary and your tracking number for real-time updates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. You can also reach us at contact@wrencotools.com and we will look up your tracking information for you.

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Wren Tools is not liable for orders delayed or undeliverable due to address errors entered by the customer. If you notice an address mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us at contact@wrencotools.com right away. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee a correction once the package is in transit.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building staff, as carriers sometimes leave packages in secure spots.
  2. Wait 24 to 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package report.
  4. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at contact@wrencotools.com with your order number and tracking details, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the contents before using or discarding anything. Email us at contact@wrencotools.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
